Wiley Engineering was awarded the Contract D031245, to perform Scoping, Design and Construction Support services for Design, Upgrade, Protection and Maintenance of the INFORM, Long Island ITS System by New York State DOT in Regions 10 & 11, Suffolk, Nassau and Queens Counties.

Under this project the Wiley team in association with Greenman-Pedersen, Inc., KLD Engineering, P.C. and Afridi Associates will provide engineering services to protect, upgrade and maintain the Long Island ITS System. It involves all work required to modify and upgrade parts, elements and systems to avoid any potential downtime of INFORM Operations.

Wiley Engineering was awarded the Contract D031097, Engineering Services to Design, Upgrade, Protect and Maintain the INFORM, Long Island ITS System by New York State DOT to provide Scoping, Preliminary and Final Design Services (Phases I-VI) and Construction Support Services for Highway and/or Bridge project (s) located in Nassau, Queens and Suffolk Counties under PIN: 0807.30. GPI, Afridi Associates, and B Thayer Associates are sub-consultants to Wiley on this project.

Under this project the Wiley team will provide engineering services to protect, upgrade and maintain the Long Island ITS System. It involves all work required to modify and upgrade parts, elements and systems to avoid any potential downtime of INFORM Operations.

Duration of the project is one year, with four annual supplements at the discretion of NYSDOT.

February, 2013

Parsons Brinckerhoff, with sub-consultants Wiley Engineering, PC and Coval Systems, is awarded the Contract #C030791 – Operation of INFORM Traffic Management System Services for NYSDOT, by New York State DOT.

Wiley Engineering will provide the management and inspection of the HELP trucks operating in Nassau and Suffolk Counties. In addition Wiley will provide coordination efforts for the downstate Regions 8, 10 and 11 DOTs as well as other stakeholders of the INFORM system.

The contract of the project is for two years with three one-year optional extensions based on need and performance determined by the State.
